There isn’t a minimum or maximum, but we find our readers enjoy posts between 300 and 800 words.
Topic and tone
Our readers come back to us for insights into their food, health, as well as ideas for immediate steps they can take to be healthier. We find that readers respond best to posts that are instructional, warm, have some punch, and are also conversational.
