Eating good food is one of the easiest, least expensive, and – my favorite reason – the most delicious way to get healthy. The hardest part about well is getting into the habit, and even that isn’t very tough. Here’s a way to start: just grab a bag of unsalted almonds and some raisins. Snack on that. When you feel like it, whirl them in the blender along with some cocoa powder and voila! You’ll have cacao almond balls. Once you get hooked on eating delicious food, you’ll start making it. Eat well and live well.
