Holistic Pain Relief is a book that focuses on a very big problem: pain. It is something that millions of people are affected by, and it isn’t always an easy fix. Chronic pain is something that people learn to live with, and often it goes unrelieved, even with the pain medication that they are receiving to help ease their symptoms.
I really liked reading about how what we eat nutritionally changes our body chemistry and can help (or harm) us.
I think this would be the number one book on pain that someone should read who wants to help themselves, or someone they know with pain issues. I highly recommend it.
